What We Do

We oversee the whole bathroom renovation process. We contract all the various tradesmen involved, all of which are qualified to the relevant NZ standards. Most of them have been working with us for over five years and have a proven track record for quality and delivery. We work with local suppliers of bathroom ware and plumbing supplies and can help you through the process of choosing all the finishing details for your bathroom. This includes any personal details required to make your bathroom truly unique to yourself and to your home. We also get involved in the design process as and when necessary. With a decade of practical experience in bathroom renovation, we can offer design solutions for the trickiest of projects.

How much does a bathroom cost me?

Our complete bathroom renovation projects start at $15,000 - $20,000, this is for a more

basic but complete bathroom renovation. For this price you can expect:

  • Project management and design

  • A complete overhaul of your bathroom

  • All building, plumbing and electrical checked and upgraded

  • New wall linings and upgraded insulation

  • Basic tiling

  • 3 coat paint system for walls and ceiling

For a more designer bespoke bathroom, which often includes a full tile finish and more

extensive design details, you can expect to pay between $20,000 - $30,000.

Please note that these price guidelines do not include the fixtures and fittings.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A basic bathroom package generally takes 4 – 5 weeks to complete once construction

begins. A more complex project with more extensive detailing generally takes 6 – 8 weeks

from start to finish.

Please bare in mind if the project does require council consent, then a lot more forward

planning is involved.

If I don’t need a complete new bathroom, but just certain things fixed?

We do also offer bathroom “makeovers” for those who do not require a full renovation. We

can transform a tired old bathroom with new fittings, fixtures, paint etc for a lower cost.

Do I need consent?

In terms of compliance, well over half the bathrooms we renovate do not require council

consent. However, if your project does require consent, we can guide you through this process.
